The Pre-Application Neighborhood Meeting was held on April 12, 2023. On or around May 2, 2023 and again on or around May 31, 2023, the Zoning Map Amendment Application (ZMA-2022-005) was submitted to the Development Review Division (DRD) of M-NCPPC for pre-review. On or around June 21, 2023, DRD advised that ZMA-2022-005 was determined complete and ready for formal acceptance. On June 27, 2023, ZMA-2022-005 was formally accepted by DRD and is currently under technical review by M-NCPPC and the County.
