A BOOST FOR THE LOCAL ECONOMY

Through a carefully planned and balanced mix of compatible uses and intensities, Hyde Landing is an economically viable project that will bring attention and long-needed improvements to the needs of the Clinton area. Hyde Landing is estimated to generate $421.7 million in direct outlays to pay for construction of housing, stores, and solar arrays along with supporting infrastructure. It is also estimated that consumer spending in this area will increase by $55.6 million a year along with the creation of over a thousand jobs employing local, Clinton residents.
